Course Billing
When using Public Cloud or Reseller options, billing for courses is applied to the Organization Owner corresponding to the users who generated desktops throughout the course duration.
Trainer Billing Rules
- Should a Trainer be invited to join a course, the bill is directed to the Organization Owner.
- If the Trainer initiates the course creation, they are responsible for the associated costs.
- In essence, the Organization Owner of the entity that created the course is billed.
