External Trainers
Organizations can easily designate external users as trainers for their internal teams by simply providing the trainer's email address.
These associated trainers possess greater permissions compared to standard trainers who are typically added directly to a course.
Specifically, they are authorized to create new courses within the associated organization, provided that they retain their role as the course trainer.
This capability allows associate trainers to oversee the full lifecycle of a course, from creation to management, a task that is generally reserved for organization administrators.
Please exercise caution when selecting an associate trainer, as their ability to shape your training content carries significant financial implications for your organization.
