Rescue System
Should the system encounter startup failures, the "Enable/disable rescue mode" feature enables you to gain access to the hard disk.
The configured Rescue system utilizes Rescatux. Once enabled and booted, the initial step is to identify your original hard disk by executing the following command:
lsblk
This should reveal the available hard disk devices, such as /dev/sda1. Verify that the device corresponds to your hard disk capacity (e.g., 50GB).
Next, mount the identified device to a directory, such as /mnt, using the command below:
sudo mount /dev/sda1 /mnt
Proceed to make any necessary changes to the file system.
Finally, disable rescue mode once your modifications are complete.
